Rachael Blackmore is ready for a busy week in the saddle as Ireland’s national hunting season comes to an end with the 2022 Punchestown Festival.

As Henry of Bromhead’s top jockey, the Country Tipperary native can expect plenty of rides as the stars of the stable look to plunder the final prizes of the campaign.

She is operating at a 13% strike rate over the past 14 days after picking up three wins in her last 24 runs.

Blackmore has five bookings on day three of the 2022 Punchestown Festival and you can find details of his mounts below.

Broke her maiden status during fifth-time steals by asking while scoring at Tramore and is way down in weight for the Specialist Joinery Group Handicap Hurdle.

Plenty of a career start for a six-year-old, Blackmore makes the rounds for the first time since July 2020. The mare hasn’t won since October 2020 at Punchestown and wears 11th 4-pounder in the Grade B Handicap Chase .

A hot renewal of the Champion Stayers Hurdle, but the six-year-old has a lot to find on the notes with last year’s winner Klassical Dream. Winner of the Carey Glass Hurdle at Thurles with Blackmore in the saddle last time.

A disappointing performance in Arkle last month means the seven-year-old is way off in the bets for the Tier 1 Barberstown Castle Novice Chase as Gabynako, Blue Lord and Haut En Couleurs oppose it.

Blackmore’s final run of the day finds himself up the weights for the Close Brothers Irish EBF Mares handicap hunt and looking to score for the second time on his fourth start on the fences.
